Please be advised that Angela Romano, broker/owner:
- Does not require buyer clients to show identification, although it may be a requirement of the seller of real estate to show the property.
- Does not require exclusive buyer broker agreements.
- Does not require pre-approval for a mortgage loan and/or proof of funds, although it may be a requirement of the seller of real estate as a condition to consider any offer.
Any personal information provided by the client will be considered confidential unless specifically instructed by the client to release any details to the seller of real estate or the seller's representative.
